    Harlan has a 30 year track record of success in helping buyers and sellers.  Harlan is part owner of one of the best residential real estate firms in Sioux Falls.  Harlan is the only broker in South Dakota with the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation.  Harlan is the only cyberstar in South Dakota (see logo on bottom of home page), one of 200 in the country.  Harlan has the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Harlan has been past chairman of the Multiple Listing Service and have the National Association of Realtors (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist designation (only 11% agents nationally has it). 

    Harlan has been married to Mona for 38 years and we have two daughters Laurie and Sherri.  We have two son-in-law's Jeff and Max, a grandson Jackson and a granddaughter, Gabriella.  Harlan is a member, and twice past chairman of the "Prairie Hills Covenant Church" of Sioux Falls.
